Technical Support Engineer I

1.Perform specific application test on AC/DC & DC/DC power supply, or even competitor’s according to various customize condition

2.Power supply peripheral application circuit design, testing & document drafting, PCB layout and mechanical drawing design

3.Give product/application training and video/live demo to partners.

4.Provide service to North American, European, Asia Pacific customer in Chinese & English bilingual language at Call Center via phone, email or online chat for all Advanced Energy products, including technical or selling related query

5.Identify & record coming query clearly, and response on time accordingly.

6.Provide technical documents and related information to customer

7.Recognize customer real need and promote product & peripheral solution most fit for customer requirement

8.Recommend our product cross to competitor’s, collect application/commercial information, track & follow up selling potential

9.Support online remote/field trouble shooting for end customer.

Requirements:

1. Experience (minimum required)

1）3 years or above electronic product design or related tech-support experience is must.

2）AC/DC or DC/DC power supply related experience preferred.

2. Education/Training/Skillset Requirement

1） Bachelor or above, major in Electrical or Electronic Project

2）CET4 or above

3）Circuit design & application ability

4）Good customer service consciousness

5）Good written & oral expression skill

6）Good elaborative faculty, especially for trouble shooting & critical issue

7）Proficient computer skill, like MS Word, Excel etc；

8）Bilingual customer service experience preferred

3. Other Requirements

1） Adaptable for night shift (Less than 1/6 of workdays per year are night shift, but night shift will be paid with special night shift allowance)

2） Overcome difficulty to accomplish work independently

3） Competent to finish multi-task simultaneously

4） Good sense on teamwork, positive working attitude & sense of responsibility
