1、Machine daily and periodic maintenance，Troubleshooting machines’ failures，preventative mainte-nance management, failure analyse for improvement, keep reduce the down time.

机器日常和定期维修维护，排除设备故障, 预防性维护管理，故障分析改善，保持减少故障停机时间。

2、Continue improvement for operating and maintenance.

设备运行及维护的持续改善。

3、Installation, commissioning of new project.

新项目的安装和调试。

4、Spare parts consumption monitoring and analyse, improve and balance the parts safety stock and in-ventory costs.

电气备件消耗监控及分析, 采购，改进和平衡备件安全库存及库存成本。

5、Focused Improvement for key equipment problems, technical support for maintenance and produc-tion, hands on behavior to resolve the issues.

重点改进关键设备问题、维护和生产技术支持、动手解决问题。

6、Responsible to develop training documents and train the technician in the team, lift up the team skills.

负责制定培训文件，培训团队技术人员，提高团队技能。

7、Build the Documents for Hardware and Software files

硬件＋软件归档以及 文件化

8、Finishing the tasks assigned by leaders

知识以及技能要求

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

1、Education: Bachelor degree above, major in electric or related.

教育程度:本科以上, 电气相关专业

2、Familiar with SIEMENS software, like step7, Wincc, and familiar with IBA analyzer and other software is preferred.

熟悉西门子软件编程，如step7,Wincc等，熟悉IBA analyze 等软件优先。

3、Able to support equipment emergency trouble-shootings, willing for 24h standby work type, reasonable distance from home to company location or would like to localiza-tion.

能够支持设备紧急故障处理，愿意24小时待命工作类型，合理距离公司所在地或愿意移居本地。

4、Has strong hands-on ability.

有较强的动手能力

5、Good working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, willing to take chal-lenge.

良好的工作态度，责任心强，有团队合作精神；愿意接受挑战.

6、Willing to work under pressure.

7、Proficient in English, with a requirement of passing CET-4 or CET-6. Candidates with good oral skills are preferred.

英文熟练，要求已过四六级，口语较好者优先。
