Stamping equipment engineer冷冲设备工程师

1. Stamping press equipment supplier base development.

2. Support on new program quotation in term of proposal initiation and cost evaluation.

3. Administration work on Budgets, PR, CER, Prepare RFQ for stamping equipment in all new projects. etc. Lead stamping equipment technical clarification and configuration selection.

4. Closely work with Gestamp Asian plant on the equipment planning such as layout and facility requirement.

5. Lead stamping press equipment launch in terms of machine installation, commsion and buy off at Gestamp plants globally.

6. Lead stamping press equipment efficiency increase and cost down activity in Asia Division.

7. Support on stamping equipment global sourcing.

8. Support plant on the stamping equipment trouble shooting.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree (or above).

2. At least 4-5 years working experience in stamping manufacturer or stamping process at Automotive industry.

3. Familiar with hot forming and cold forming process and equipment.

4. Experience in forming process planning and simulation.

5. Having press part hardening background.

6. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Catia and Delmia is preferred.

7. Stable personality, good working attitude, high sense of responsibility, Self-learning ability and strong communication skills.

8. Fluent in written and spoken English.
