俄语商务经理

职位描述：

1. 为管理层提供全方位的语言支持（俄语-中文），包括会议、谈判、展会的口译及合同、技术文件等的笔译；

2. 搜寻并评估潜在合作伙伴（如物流、营销机构等），进行初步接洽并安排会议；

3. 充当文化与商业桥梁，就中国商业礼仪、市场实践和消费者偏好向管理层提供建议；

4. 协助俄罗斯团队办理来华签证、差旅安排及在华日常事务处理；

5. 参与市场营销活动，协助组织焦点小组并分析结果；

6. 参与本地团队招聘，面试营销、销售等岗位的候选人。

任职资格：

1. 中华人民共和国公民，中文为母语；

2. 俄语流利，英语达到中级以上水平；

3. 2-3年商务助理、翻译或协调员相关工作经验，有服务俄语区客户经验者优先；

4. 深刻理解中国商业文化及思维模式；

5. 出色的沟通能力、主动性和抗压能力，能 multitask；

6. 熟练使用MS Office办公软件；

7. 有化妆品、快消品行业经验、有俄罗斯/独联体国家生活学习经历、了解中国电商者优先。

Job Description:

1. Full linguistic support: Simultaneous and consecutive interpretation at meetings, negotiations, exhibitions. Written translation of contracts, technical documentation, etc. (Russian-Chinese).

2. Search and verification of partners (logistics companies, marketing agencies, etc.). Initial negotiations and organization of meetings.

3. Act as a cultural and business bridge: Consulting management on the intricacies of Chinese business etiquette, local business practices and consumer preferences. Assistance in adapting the product and communications for the local audience.

4. Administrative support: Organization of visas and trips for the team, resolution of daily issues in China.

5. Participation in marketing: Organization and conduct of focus groups, analysis of results.

6. Selection of a local team: Conducting interviews with Chinese candidates for positions in marketing, sales, etc.

Requirements:

1. Citizenship of the People's Republic of China. Native Chinese proficiency.

2. Perfect command of Russian (fluent) and English (upper-intermediate and above).

3. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (assistant, translator, coordinator) in a Chinese company working with Russian-speaking or international clients/partners.

4. Deep understanding of Chinese business culture and mentality.

5. Excellent communication skills, initiative, ability to multitask and stress resistance.

6. Skills in working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or related industries; personal experience in Russia/CIS; understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing in China is a huge advantage.
