1、Responsible for the daily operations of the MRI in Wenzhou

2、To forge relationship with government bodies and to foster industrial collaborations/partnerships to secure additional external funding and resources

3、To execute the directions and development plans made by the Board of Directors and Director of the PolyU-Wenzhou RI

4、To supervise the achievement of the overall financial performance and the progress of the KPIs

5、To ensure timely application of funding

6、To ensure MTRI compliance with the University P&P and law and regulations of Mainland China

7、To support and facilitate the understanding of the local HR support policies issued by the government as well as the eligibility and requirements of external research funding (both commercial and government) applications.

8、To support on the timely applications of all schemes and research funding as stated in the previous point.

9、To supervise the admin.

Qualifications：

The candidate must have:

1、A university degree, preferably with a Master degree such as MBA or MSc.

2、Fluency in Putonghua and English.

3、At least four years working experience in management, administration, and marketing in research type enterprises

4、Good industrial and governmental connections in Wenzhou nearby cities.

5、In depth understanding of local research funding resources.
