Core Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
Data Integration & Governance: Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and governance processes.
Marketing Automation: Implement and manage tools like CRM systems, email automation platforms, and campaign tracking systems.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, IT, data science, and external vendors.
Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and streamline marketing and data operations.
Reporting & Analytics: Ensure accurate data reporting, dashboard creation, and performance tracking.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Data Analysis & Modeling (SQL, ETL, data warehousing)
Hands-on experience with data integration (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL pipelines)
Marketing Automation Experience (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Project Management Tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
Understanding of data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, double opt-in)
Project Management Skills
Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies
Risk and issue management
Budget and resource planning
Documentation and reporting

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, or Marketing Automation certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Language Proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
Preferred Experience
3–5+ years in project management roles, ideally in data or marketing tech environments
Experience with data migration, integration, and automation workflows
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and campaign lifecycle management
Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams
