As an iOS Engineer you will focus on product development, work with your squad to finalize end to end solution and deliver the product to the Bank’s digital channels. You will be part of the team that constantly analyse and improve the digital channel platform from a technical point of view as well as from user experience view. You will need to keep yourself updated with the latest software technologies and share the knowledge with your team.
The team is responsible for building user-centric native and web-based digital banking applications for use by both internal Bank’s staff and external Bank’s customers around the world. You will be working with highly skilled engineers on iOS, Responsive front-end web platforms, and get to work in modern software development environments and practices. As part of the digital channels team, you will have an opportunity to contribute to the evolving technical direction of the team as we adapt to this rapidly changing space.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is responsible developing a new generation of Digital Banking to promote a better user experience to clients. The individual is going to be part of agile team developing world class leading mobile banking. Expect to be challenged in your adaptability and ability to think out of box and use creative idea to resolve kinds of complex, real world programming challenges.
61 Strong knowledge of iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices, Material Design
61 Optimize mobile applications and user experience on the iOS platforms
61 Gather requirements, design, develop, deploy and support applications
61 Work closely with Product Owner and Squads to deliver user-centric solutions for internal and external customers
61 Promote adoption and rollout of Agile and modern software engineering practices
61 Promote and practice innovative software engineering practices and architecture design
61 Co-ordinate with development/interfacing teams and create a delivery pipeline across multiple streams
61 Ensure risks, issues and schedules are appropriately managed following agile principles.
61 Collaborate with core DevOps and Testing teams to build and enhance a continuous delivery pipeline
61 Adapt to changes in priorities and requirements
Mandatory Skills
:61 Hands on experience on Native iOS application development (Swift, Swift UI, Objective-C)
61 Expert on APP project building with CocoaPods / SPM
61 Good knowledge of iOS SDK, different versions of iOS, and build responsive APP by following WWDC
61 Well versed in DevOps, Apple Store delivery process
61 Strong experience with mobile hybrid architecture, WebView and JS bridge
61 Familiarity with APIs to connect applications to back-end services
61 Experience in maintaining applications, crash analytics, remote debugging
61 Experience in building testable code bases, including API design, unit testing and UI testing techniques, design patten and modularization
61 Good knowledge of mobile runtime security (Pen Test)
61 Experience in Web development with JS/TS (＞=ES6), with one of framework ReactJS/Angular/Vue, expert on the HTML5&CSS
Prior Experience:
61 BS or MS in Computer sciences or Software engineering with 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably within an international technology organization in delivering complex projects
61 Experienced on H5 web responsive application development, system architecture, technical design and delivery and other programming languages (Swift, Swift UI, Objective-C, H5, JS, CSS, ES6)
61 Full software development lifecycle experience
61 Front end framework (at least of React or AngularJS or Vue)
61 DevOps toolchain experience (ADO, GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory, Vx, Ansible, Shell Scripts, fastlane)
61 TDD, BDD, performance and Security testing for mobile and web
61 Build automation tools (webpack, Vite)
61 Good written and verbal communication skills in English
