Preparation:
Analyze which requirements there are in the project specifications and the mechanical design of the robots (various types and brands) with regards to handling and connections/joints/junctions of to be manufactured/constructed/produced products. In case of discrepancies/indistinctness consult with Team leader Controls & Service, Technical Operators Coordinator and/or Project Coordinator. Draw up initial design in a flow chart. Further develop the initial design from concept to a fully functional & operational robot software program. Ensure all requirements are met as described in the project specifications through thorough testing. If conceivable, use standardized methods. Initiates improvements in consultation with Team Leader Controls & Service.
Job Description:
1. Precise/exact design of programs
2. Correct/right functioning of programs according to project specifications
3. Back up and version control of software programming
4. Document parameter settings
5. Providing required information as input for manuals
6. Within planning efficiently complete tasks/projects
7. Communicate with customer when installing robot on customer’s premises and during machine training.
Recruitment requirements:
1. Familiar with Siemens Step7/WinCC and TIA Portal.
2. Experienced with Siemens PLC languages (STL/SCL/FBD/GRAPH).
3. Familiar with E-plan, Office software.
4. More than 2 years' experience in project PLC commissioning work
5. Good express skill and teamwork spirt.
6. Strong analytical problem of solving skills, welding industry experience is preferred.
