1.Developbusinessplanstoincreasepenetrationrate,specificallyforhigh-enddrone,cameragimbal,cinemacameraandaudioproductlines;
2.Managespecialtyretailer’send-to-endoperation,includingbutnotlimitedtoorder-to-cash,salesdataanalysis,merchandisingandeventconducting;
3.Buildupstrongrelationshipwiththewholeretailerorganization,includingbutnotlimitedtoowner,buyer,planner,retailoperationandmarketing/eventteam;
4.Workwithinternalcross-functionteams,likeproductmanagement,demandplanning,logistics,retailoperationandfinanceteam,toimplementgo-to-marketplans.

BasicRequirements:
1.BachelordegreeinBusinessManagement,Marketingorrelateddiscipline;
2.Minimum5years’experienceworkinginSales;
3.Willingtotravelasneeded;
PreferredSkills:
1.Similarspecialtyretailersmanagementexperience;
2.Financialacumenandleadershipskillstobuildanddevelopprofitabilitymodels;
3.Organizationalandcommunicationskillsformultipleaudiencesandabilitytoobtaininternalandexternalcustomercommitment;
4.Demonstratedcustomerrelationshipskills;abilitytomanagethroughinfluence;
5.Demonstratedabilitytodevelopandexecuteeffectiveprogramsandsalesinitiatives;
6.Strategicandanalyticalthinking,dataorienteddecision-makingskillsanddemonstratedabilitytomanagethedetailsofday-to-dayexecution;
7.Proficientatdevelopingandpresentinggo-to-marketpresentationsinWord,ExcelandPowerPoint.
