三坐标测量员

1.编制与图纸及工序对应的CMM测量程序，按时完成测量，对自己测量的结果负责.

Compile the CMM programs corresponding to the drawings and processes, complete the measurement on time, and be responsible for the results of one's own measurements.

2.测量异常时及时反馈并跟进处理结果，能够积极提出改善建议.

Tested the abnormal can do the timely feedback and follow-up the results，Be able to actively propose improvement suggestions

3.完成新产品的全尺寸测量并做ISIR报告.

Complete the full-scale measurement of the new product and prepare the ISIR report.

4.能做好检验过程中的各种原始记录，保证记录的完整性、准确性和可追溯性

Be able to properly keep all the original records during the inspection process, ensuring the completeness, accuracy and traceability of the records.

5.能够利用空闲时间主动协助检测每日来料.

Can actively assist in the daily incoming material inspection by making use of spare time.

7.领导要求的其它工作.

【任职要求】

1.大专学历以上，机械制造或工程专业为佳；

College degree or above, mechanical or engineering is preferred;

2.3年以上三座标测量工作经验，熟练运用OFFICE及常用测量软件；

3 years CMM experience, skilled use of OFFICE and commonly used measurement software;

3.能看懂机械制造方面的图纸、理解GD&T含义

Able to read mechanical manufacturing drawings、Understand the meaning of GD&T

4.能熟练操作三坐标测量机，有较强的立体空间分析能力，能够独立编CMM程序优先；

Can operate CMM well, has the strong spatial analysis ability, Be capable of independently writing CMM programs;

5.熟练使用各种测量工具，例如：卡尺、千分尺、硬度仪、三坐标、粗糙度仪等；

Proficient in using various measuring tools, such as vernier calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, CMM, gear detectors, etc.

6.工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力，良好的团队协作精神；

Work seriously and responsible, rigorous and meticulous, with strong analysis and problem solving ability, good team cooperation spirit;

7.能够熟练识别零件图纸中的尺寸测量要求

Be able to proficiently identify the size measurement requirements in the part drawings
