职位描述

岗位职责:
1,Develop,agree and implement the annual account development plan / JBP for required
categories with clear objectives, strategies and tactics that are aligned to
the integrated commercial plan (ICP). Deliver growth based on consumer,
shopper, customer and Nestle within each key channel i.e. offline, online and
B2B.
2, Sell range of Nestlé products to designated account. Accountable
and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Key Accounts
targets/KPIs.
3, Drive business relationship with customer regions, understand the customer region's business and ensure customer intimacy. Distribute plans and events to all necessary personnel in customer regions and ensure flawless executions.
To maintain close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel within
customer regions and Nestlé to resolve challenges, issues and queries as they
arise.
4, Other specific project deep dive, identify improvement
opportunity and translate key insights into execution plan.
5, Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
职位要求:
University Degree level or graduate caliber.
- 5+ years related working experience is preferred.
-Be familiar with vet eco-system operation and recommendation models.
-Skilled at coaching & communication.
- Skills required - Result oriented
