Mission使命:
As a NPP sourcing specialist, you are a part of the project team with new NPP project development, present NPP sourcing team in bidding and major conferences, focus on NPP project cost target and timing management
作为NPP采购专家, 你作为项目团队的一员，负责新NPP项目管理，在招标和重大会议上代表NPP采购团队，关注NPP项目的成本目标和时间管理
Job description included but not limited:
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1. Responsible for New horizon and Engineering test lab project purchasing
负责新厂房和工程部相关测试项目采购
2. Manage suppliers, and induct suppliers to follow company strategy
管理供应商，引导供应商遵循公司策略
3. Contract handling by using legal knowledge, and manage it in a professional way
运用法律知识处理合同并进行专业管理
4. Define NPP sourcing strategy to select suitable supplier and analyze the cost to achieve the project cost and timing target
制定NPP采购策略以选择合适的供应商，并进行成本分析以实现项目成本和时间目标
5. Leading NPP sourcing cost reduction project, take cross-department follow up role
领导NPP采购降本项目，跨部门跟踪
6. Leading NPP sourcing procedure optimization and make NPP work more efficient
领导NPP采购流程优化，提高NPP工作效率
7. Other works assigned by supervisor
主管分配的其他工作
8. Follow Atlas Copco Way in daily work to implement OFA Wuxi sourcing team’s mission and strategy
在日常工作中遵循阿特拉斯.科普柯的方式，执行OFA 无锡采购团队的使命和策略
Experience Requirements经验要求
At least 3 years working experience in Sourcing or Purchasing within manufacturing environment
3年以上制造业采购工作经验
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
1.Bachelor or above degree in a related field, mechanical background is preferred
本科及以上学历，机械相关专业优先
2.Good communication and negotiation skill
良好的沟通和谈判技巧
3.Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing
母语是普通话，良好的英语口语和书面英语
4.General software and data analysis skill, such as Excel, Word, PPT and Power BI…
熟练应用Excel, Word, PPT和Power BI等软件及数据分析技能
