Purpose of Job 岗位描述- Support all marketing initiatives so to enhance brand awareness and reach student targets;
- Deliver all marketing initiatives at the highest standard with appropriate and accurate use of brand materials;
- Produce a wide range of marketing materials from new content for publishing online / offline to working with vendors to produce various design layouts in digital / print formats; all materials produced are to abide to the brand guideline and at best their best in representing a Harrow-branded school;
- Communicate clearly and work effectively with vendors /partners, provide clear briefing for high standard execution;
Duties and Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Support the delivery of marketing initiatives:
• Develop on/offline communication platforms that adequately cover valid targeted consumer touch points through use of effective communications channels and understanding of local market.
• Follow through all marketing initiatives (such as event, promotional item, online and offline platforms, WeChat write up etc) with the highest standard that best represent a Harrow-branded school;
• Initiate and follow through internally and externally (such as vendors) on production of marketing initiatives / materials, maintaining high standards and giving clear instructions and guidance; work with partners with respect and effectiveness;
• Apply brand essence with local market insights, matching targeted audience needs;
• Good control of budget. Spend reasonably and follow up with internal finance procedures.
2. Enhance high brand awareness:
• Apply brand essence with local market insights, matching targeted audience needs / preference;
• Being the brand guardian to ensure brand materials are appropriately and accurately applied;
• Identify and look for opportunities to work with partners that match our brand image and with target audience that we can approach through collaboration.
3. Content development:
• Develop highly visible / eye-ball catching marketing content that best represent our brand;
• Create and develop messages and publicity materials that effectively communicate with different target audience; ensure brand guideline is applied and monitor brand application at all level.
• Act as the brand guardian who will ensure brand consistency across the board; develop brand guidelines and ensure all marketing communications, messages and branding are cohered.
4. Others:
• Conduct customers’ satisfaction survey and market research to understand consumers and target audience’s needs.
• Management of budget and finance procedures.
Requirements 岗位要求
Mandatory:
- 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, branding, PR & communications. Solid experience with successful operation cases.
- Extremely strong written and oral English and Chinese (Putonghua). Strong copywriting skills which content are tailored for different platforms with different target audience in mind
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and self-initiated
- Strong organisation and coordination skills, able to multitask
- Innovative and persistent in creating and launching new projects
- Superb time management skills
- Hands-on approach, highly achievement focused, hands-on approach and go-and-get attitude
- Experience working in China.
Desired but not mandatory:
- Admissions experience in other schools/education institutions / training centres
- Experience working in premium brand with high level of aesthetic judgement
- Overseas work / study experience
