Quality System Engineer (职位编号：17904644)

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the local Quality Management System (QMS) in

accordance with IATF 16949 and DBS requirements. 按照 IATF 16949 和 DBS 的要求开

发、实施并维护本地的质量管理体系（QMS）;

2. Act as the primary contact for customer audits and third-party audits, responsible for

audit preparation, coordination, and follow-up of corrective actions. 作为客户审厂和第

3 方审核工作的主要联系人，负责审核准备、协调和后续纠正措施的跟进;

3. Lead internal audits and management reviews to ensure compliance with QMS

requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 主导内部审核及

管理评审，确保符合 QMS 要求，并识别持续改进的机会;

4. Monitor and supervise the implementation of various processes, ensuring the healthy

operation of the quality management system through training, process optimization,

and improvements. 监督各种流程的实施，通过培训、流程优化和改进确保质量管理

体系的健康运行;

As Quality Engineer of Tranditional Products Lines (adaptor, fitting, hose assembly etc.):

5. Lead and improve quality issue and prevent the same issue happen through SPC &

Danfoss RCPS etc tool. 通过数据分析及使用 DANFOSS RCPS 等工具来改进及预防同

类不良质量问题的重复发生及发生机率;

6. Design of CP, inspection instruction, sampling method, measurement tools and

calibration requirements, and provide related trainings. 设计 CP，检验指导书，取样方

法，设计量具和检定校验要求，并提供相关培训;

7. Solve quality issues (customer complaits, mass quality accidents ), including root

cause analysis, CA & PA make and implement. 解决质量问题（含客户投诉、生产过程

中批量质量事故），包括原因分析，纠正及预防措施的制定并落实;

8. Leading the relevant customer complaints, Improving current quality contorl process

and providing feedback of incoming inspection resluts to SQE. 主导相关客户投诉，改

进当前的质量控制流程，并向 SQE 提供进料检验结果的反馈;

9. Response for new project & new product PFMEA & CP implenment in manufature

process and also key quality control point in process. 负责新项目和新产品的

PFMEA&CP 的实施，落实项目产品工序质量控制点;

10. Actively participate in the application of new technologies, new processes and new

methods of quality management (such as digitalization, intelligent testing, etc.). 积极参

与推广质量管理新技术、新工艺、新方法的应用工作（如数字化，智能检测等）;

11. Review machining and final non-conformity products. 参与评审金工和成品的不合格产

品;

12. Work with SQE to improve supplier quality level and our incoming inspection process.

与 SQE 合作改进供应商质量水平和工厂进料检验流程;

13. Complete assigned job from supervisor timely. 及时完成经理安排的其他工作。

Background & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. 工程、质量管

理或相关领域的本科学历;

2. At least 5 years of experience in quality, more than 3 years of experience as a system

engineer in the mechanical/electronic/automotive industry. 至少 5 年质量工作经验，3 年

以上机械/电子/汽车行业体系工程师经验;

3. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF

16949) and regulatory

requirements. 熟悉质量管理体系（如 ISO

9001、IATF 16949）及相关法规要求;

4. Familiar with mechanical drawings, various dimensions and geometric tolerances;

proficient in the use of common measuring instruments and tools. 熟悉机械图，熟悉各种

尺寸和形位公差，熟悉常见的测量仪器和工具;

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex quality

issues.拥有较强的分析和问题解决能力，能够处理复杂的质量问题;

7. Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and
