2. Lead Audit (internal / Customer / 3rd Party ), analize the quality risk during the whole process and implement the improvement plan.

主导样件车间审核工作（内审、客户审核及第三方审核），分析在整个样件制造过程中的质量风险，并制定相应的改善计划。

3. Set up and upgrade Prototype Quality system, prepare Working Instructions and control plan accordingly.

建立及完善样件质量体系，编制相应的作业文件和控制计划。

4. Manage all the instrument calibration with quality supporting.

配合质量部门对所有的测量仪器进行校准。

5. SQE role: manage incoming inspection process and problem solving, assess supplier performance in DV development phase.

供应商管理角色；管理来料检验国产，并且负责解决相关质量问题，对开发阶段的供应商表现做出评估。

6. CQE role: manage finishing quality & risk assessment, work with PM to manage customer quality satisfaction and ccustomer complaint, problem solving to drive prototype quality improvement.

客户质量工程师角色：管理成品质量及风险评估，与项目经理一起管理提升客户质量满意度，解决客户抱怨及问题处理，驱动样件车间质量改进。

7. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities, carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance.

遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效；

8. Other assignments.

其他代办事宜。

Qualifications/Requirements:

资质/要求

1. Above Bachelor degree with mechanical / material related major;

本科以上学历，材料或机械相关专业
