2. Manages all commercial aspects of assigned service order executions via CRM/SAP and ensures meeting contract requirements and complying with internal procedures/policies:
3. Perform routing service administration work as allocated, measures performance, monitors results, and takes corrective action accordingly to improve overall performance, including:
