职位描述

Position Purpose:
Lead and manage the product development to fulfill the requirement from the target applications/industries of China market.
Position Responsibilities:
61 Technical management of projects / work topics in the main phase business case
61 Developing market and customer requirements
61 Expansion and maintenance of user contacts
61 Strategic further development of the assigned product groups together with the product project management counterpart primarily responsible for this assignment
61 Monitoring the competition (technology, prices, trade channels, regions)
61 Creation of business cases with the involvement of all relevant departments
61 Obtaining the release of business cases
61 Product controlling as part of the main business case and product development process phases, including with the aim of creating a binding basis for new product controlling. Basis for new product controlling in the later series
61 Creation of product specifications / requirement specifications
61 Professional change management, in particular for business parameters and product requirements / contents of the specifications
61 production training design and implement
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes
61 Excellent Microsoft office skills with presentation and data analysis.
61 In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of product development.
61 Knowledge & experience in hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, tools bag and so on.
61 Good skill in communicating and managing suppliers
61 Good command of English and communication skills besides local language
61 Team collaboration, leadership, and strong sense of ownership
61 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects/priorities.
61 Mindset of continuous improvement and change management.
Education and Experience
61 Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in science and engineering
61 10+ years of experience in product development, sourcing, project management in tools industry
Salary
61 Gross RMB400k including basic salary and bonus.
