Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Make and implement maintenance plan for BBA equipment (Potting machine, Winding machine, Wire stripping machine, Terminal machine ……);
制定并执行BBA设备维护计划（灌胶机、绕线机、剥线机、端子机……）；
2. Debugging and troubleshooting for all BBA machines to ensure machine runs normally;
对所有BBA机器进行调试和故障排除，确保机器正常运行；
3. BBA machine program setup, optimization and management;
BBA机器程序设置、优化和管理；
4. Material loss control;
物料损耗控制；
5. BBA fixture design and improvement;
BBA工装夹具设计和改进；
6. BBA spare parts and tools management;
BBA备件和工具管理；
7. BBA new process and new equipment evaluation and introduction;
BBA新工艺、新设备的评估和引入；
8. Work with Box Build Assembly Process Engineer and Line Leader to improve equipment utilization and production efficiency.
与整机装配工艺工程师和生产线负责人合作，提高设备利用率和生产效率。
Requirements岗位要求:
1. College degree or above;
大专及以上学历；
1. At least 2 years related experience;
至少2年相关工作经验；
2. Good understanding of box building assembly process;
熟悉成品组装流程；
3. CET-4, good communication skills in English.
英语四级，具有良好的英语沟通能力。

薪资结构：固薪+全额加班费+交通津贴
