Rubber Senior engineer or rubber expert, with rubber specialist and could lead team to make new process development/ S- CIP.

Job responsibilities：

61SE for new project, secure design for manufacturing

61Process development and release following procedure with solid validation evidence

61Technical breakthrough and know how handover to production

61Line release for 0-S, S-CIP for mass production

61New tech introduction and innovation from process perspective

61Good communication and exchange with rubber global network

Knowledge and Skills：

61Bachelor or above in chemical/ rubber engineering (or equivalent)

61More than 5 years working experience in rubber process area

61Rubber specialist know-how, process development procedures, DoE and data statistic; Project management skill

61Excellent English skills
