海外销售经理Overseas Sales Manager
岗位职责:Job Responsibilities:
1. 负责公司逆变器、电池等家储、工商储产品的海外销售,完成销售业绩目标;
Responsible for the overseas sales of the company's inverter batteries and other home storage industrial and commercial storage products to achieve the sales performance targe
2. 参与制定月度销售工作目标、工作计划并主导实施;
Participate in the formulation of monthly sales target work plan and lead the implementation;
3. 沟通联系经销商(代理商),及时回款;
Communicate with dealers (agents) to pay back money in time;
4. 收集整理相关市场发展趋势、需求变化和客户反馈数据信息;
Collect and sort out relevant market trends, demand changes and customer feedback data information
5. 沟通联系售后技术人员以及产品开发技术团队,优化公司产品,提升产品市场竞争力。
Communicate with after-sales technicians and product technical team to optimize the company's products and enhance the market competitiveness of products
6. 其他临时性工作

任职要求:Job requirements:
1. 大学专科及以上学历,3年以上海外销售工作经验,熟悉家庭储能行业,并有一定的人脉资源,在海外销售上有成功的业绩表现;
College degree or above, more than 3 years overseas sales work, familiar with the home energy storage industry and certain network resources, and successful performance in overseas sales
2. 熟悉海外贸易工作流程及相关法律法规,熟知贸易术语、物流、报关及税务知识;
Familiar with overseas trade workflow and relevant laws and regulations, familiar with trade terms, logistics declaration and tax knowledge;
3. 熟练流利的英语听、说、读、写能力,熟练操作电脑办公软件;
Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, skilled operation of computer office software;
4. 具有良好的沟通表达、处理问题的能力,良好的谈判技巧;
Have good communication, expression, ability to deal with problems and good negotiation;
5. 责任心强,能承受适当的工作压力;
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under appropriate pressure;
6. 有光伏行业逆变器、光伏组件、储能系统等销售经验者优先。
Sellers with inverters, photovoltaic modules and energy storage systems in photovoltaic industry are preferred
