Main Duties主要职责
行政Administration:
1. 公司日常行政事务管理,包括与公司园区的沟通、办公用品采购与分发、员工宿舍管理、办公环境维护等;
Management of daily administrative affairs, including business park daily work exchanges, office daily supply management, dormitory management Daily maintenance of the office environment, and other administrative-related tasks.
2. 支持组织各类会议、活动及差旅安排,确保各项活动顺利进行;
Support the organization of meetings, events, and travel arrangements to ensure all activities proceed smoothly.
3. 日常管理制度实施和更新;
Implementation and updating of daily management policies.
4. 支持外籍员工在天津的行程事宜;
Support overseas employees during business trips in Tianjin.

1. 员工福利的落实;
Implementation of employee benefits
2. 员工培训的管理;
Employee training management
3. 各类保险的管理;
Management of various types of insurance
4. 支持招聘、员工入离职、员工档案管理、员工考勤、劳动关系等;
Support recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee records, attendance, labor relations, and other HR-related tasks.

Requirements任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
2. 1-3年相关工作经验
1-3 years of related experience
3. 具备良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神
Good communication and team-work skills
4. 熟练使用 Office办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint等)
Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
5. 英语可以作为工作语言 English can be used as a working language.
6. 工作细致认真,具备良好的时间管理和多任务处理能力
Work meticulously and seriously, with good time management and multitasking abilities.
7. 有较强的责任心,能够快速适应新环境
