2.参与新进员工的招聘及培训工作；

3.与合作伙伴协同建立项目管线，确保递交项目的技术及美术标准；

4.管理同合作伙伴的美术及技术事由的沟通工作；

5.向工作室美术总监汇报。

1. Manage one of our teams of 70+ Junior and Senior 3D model and texture artists engaged in next gen projects.

2. Participate to recruitment and training of new talent.

3. Establish Art production pipeline in coordination with clients. Ensure technical and artistic quality of deliverables.

4. Manage communication with clients about artistic and technical matters

5. Reports to Art Studio Director.

职位要求：

1.精通3DS Max，Maya，Photoshop，Zbrush等软件；

2.大专及以上学历美术相关专业（含建筑设计，工业设计，服装/服饰设计等），熟悉2D 设计及绘画；

3.4年以上XBox，PS等平台主美，资深或组长等实操经验，并有实时三维游戏相关经验；

4.高度有条理，追求细节，乐于引导及教导部下；

5.游戏玩家优先。

1. Expert in 3DS Max or Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush.

2. College / University degree in Art related field (including architecture, industrial design, textile/fashion design). Strong artistic aptitudes and skills in 2D design, drawing, painting.

3. At least 4 years experience as Lead Artist, Senior Artist or Artist Team Leader with hands-on technical experience including X-Box, PS, and proven track record on real-time 3D games.

4. Highly organized individual with an eye for details and a passion for leading and mentoring.

5. People who loves playing games is preferred.
