会计财务专员 / Finance Specialist

A. Responsible for the safekeeping of company cash and checks, and registering cash and bank account.

负责公司现金、支票保管，并登记现金账、银行账；

B. To take in charge of reviewing, verifying, and managing various invoices, documents, etc. of the company.

负责审核、核对和管理公司各类发票、单据等；

C. To handle company accounts throughout Kingdee, issue financial statements and management reports on time.

使用金蝶软件处理公司账务，按时出具财务报表及管理报表；

D. To complete monthly tax declaration and annual audit work on time.

按时完成每月税务申报工作及年度审计工作；

E. To manage the increase and decrease of fixed assets, calculate depreciation, and prepare accounting vouchers.

管理固定资产的增减变动及核算折旧，并编制记账凭证；

F. Responsible for handling work liaison and business transactions with departments such as finance, taxation, banking, and industry and commerce.

负责办理财政、税务、银行、工商等部门的工作联络以及业务往来事项；

G. To assist the directly supervisor in establishing and strictly implementing accounting management systems and accounting business processes.

协助上级建立并严格执行会计核算管理制度和会计业务流程；

H. Other tasks assigned by the leader or management.

领导交代的其他任务。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor's degree, major in finance, accounting or related fields, with integrity and honesty.

本科学历，财务会计类等相关专业，为人正直；

2. Have 3-5 years of financial work experience, familiar with financial software, and prioritize finance in the logistics and freight industry.

拥有3-5年的财务工作经验，熟悉财务软件，物流货运行业财务优先考虑；

3. Possess the ability to control financial risks.

具备财务风险管控能力；

4. Have good English reading and writing skills, and English can be used as a working language.

有良好的英语读写能力，英语可作为工作语言；

5. Familiarizing and understanding the practical experience of financial positions, master basic knowledge of enterprise financial management and financial accounting, understand relevant national and local accounting policies, etc.

熟悉、了解财务岗位的实操经验，掌握基本的企业财务管理知识、财务会计知识，了解国家、地方相关会计政策等。
