职位描述
1、Strong mechanical background, well know sheet metal and stamping processes, and be able to design tooling and fixtures according to process requirements
2、Be able to reasonably make and optimize the production process and improve the working instructions according to the product characteristics
3、Through process improvement, control and improve product quality and efficiency, analyze and improve the problems in the production process
4、Support new product introduction process and sample making
5、Assist the production manager to formulate and promote the implementation of production plans, complete them on schedule, track and promote outsourced materials
6、Deal with internal and external audit, manage PFMEA and promote continuous improvement projects
7、Provide regular training and guidance to line leaders and production line employees
8、Other related work
