Major Responsibilities:
61 E-recruitment management including online job posting & maintenance, Coordinate advertising placement in an effective manner, manage the effective use of external job boards;
61 Candidate sourcing, online CV screening and data mining from external job boards;
61 Conduct 1st round interview to understand the candidate's motivation and value;
61 Talent database consolidation & maintenance from different channels (e.g. headhunter, RPO, internal referral, e-recruiting, mail application);
61 To ensure recruitment operation effectiveness:
Monthly Payment check & settlement;
On-board physical check follow-up;
Interview coordination & facilitation;
