技术工程师

Responsible for the product design, providing technical support to departments such as production, procurement and quality control, and offering solution to customers (mainly foreign customers).

1、负责研究和了解客户/项目需求，提供经过客户/项目批准的完整技术解决方案；

Responsible to study and understand customer/projects requirement, provide complete technical solution with approval from customer/projects;

2、负责项目的技术协调和故障排除；

Responsible to provide technical coordinate and troubleshooting in projects;

3、负责提供产品的相关证书和报告；

Lead to gain related certificate and report for defined products in organization;

4、创建/维护或协调/批准运行项目的文档和流程；

Create/Maintain or coordinate/approve on documentation and process for running projects;

5、主要负责对印度、阿联酋、澳大利亚、韩国、日本等市场的客户，进行技术支持；

Mainly responsible for providing technical support to customers in markets such as India, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.

6、与德国总部进行技术交流，以使产品的技术信息保持一致。

Execute technical communication with German HQ to make alignment on technical profile in product.

7、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

技能技巧要求：

1.优秀的机械设计软件工具使用能力：Creo，CAD，等；

Excellent of using the mechanical design software tools：Creo，CAD and so on;

2.熟悉不锈钢，锌合金压铸件和表面处理解决方案；

Be familiar with Stainless steel, zine alloy die casting and surface treatment solution;

3.熟悉冲压和工装工艺；

Be familiar with the stamping and tooling process;

4.具有物料清单/工艺路线管理经验，并在ERP中运行；

Experienced on BOM/Process route management, and running in ERP;

5.英语口语及书面沟通技能作为日常工作语言；

Good English oral and written communication skill in daily works as must.

工作经验要求：

1.3年以上相关工作经验；

3+ years related working experience;

2.了解2D制图的启动/发布/变更和控制；

Experienced on 2D drawing initiate/release/change and control;

3.具有产品开发和产品引进方面的经验；

Experienced on product development and production introduction;

4.经验丰富并证明有能力为项目中的问题提供解决方案；

Experienced and proved ability to provide solution for issue solving in project;

5.熟悉用于力学验证的通用测试设备；

Familiar with common test equipment for mechanics validation;

6.了解基本的项目管理流程，生产流程（有PMP证书者优先）；

Understand basic project management process, production process(PMP certificate is preferred);

7.了解APQP / FMEA / CP，EN61373，EN45545标准者优先；

Understand APQP/FMEA/CP, EN61373, EN45545 standard is preferred;
