Process Engineer 工艺工程师（工作地点：无锡）

Customer support in technical, process and new project communication

2，工艺设计，同时提供基于此工艺评估的报价；

New products prove-in, design the tooling and process of mass production, and solve related technical problems.

3，新产品导入，设计刀具和量产工艺，以及解决相关技术问题；

Engineering: Engineering daily responsibility, like quotation based on process evaluation, sample tooling and process design, as well as engineering documents.

4，创建工艺文件，和相关的工程文件比如作业指导书, 制程失效模式及影响分析, 制程管控计划, 控制计划和流程图；

Set up process documents, and related engineering documents like WI, PFMEA, PMP, Control Plan & Process Flow chart.

5，在IFS系统中，输入物料清单和工序，维护相关数据；

Make Structure & Routing of new product, maintain the data of IFS system.

6，管控产品，包括报价评估，技术支持，样品制作等；

Manage the products, including quotation estimation, technique support, sample making etc.

7，执行改善项目以达到或超过预期的良率水平；

To perform an improvement program to achieve or exceed desired production yields levels.

8，项目管理，和项目团队一起合作以实现新的业务；

Project handle, work with project team to achieve new business.

9，协助QA解决客户投诉，识别问题（根本原因分析）以及采取适当的行动；

Support QA for customer complaints, identify problems (root cause analysis), and take appropriate actions.

10，完成工程经理分配的其他工作；
