岗位职责

1. Establish and maintain the quality Management System (QMS) : such as implementing and maintaining international standard systems like ISO

9001.

2. Develop and improve quality processes and standards: Write and control quality manuals, procedure documents, operation instructions, inspection standards (SIP), etc., to ensure that all quality activities are standardized.

3. Organize internal audits: Plan and execute internal audits to check the compliance of each department with the quality system, identify non-conformities and follow up on rectification.

4. Responding to third-party audits: Take the lead in responding to customer audits and audits by certification bodies to ensure smooth passage.

5. New Product Development Quality Planning (APQP) involves getting involved at the early stage of a product's birth, integrating "quality" into the product rather than conducting post-event inspections.

6. Supplier Quality Management (SQM) to ensure the reliable quality of the input raw materials and components7. Production Process Quality Control (IPQC) : Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure the stable output of qualified products.

8. Customer Feedback and after-sales quality handling, addressing client issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.

9. Quality Tools and Data Analys, peaking with data.

任职要求

1、A degree / Diploma in Textile or Clothing technology or equivalent qualification.

2、More than 2 years’ quality system engineer experience.

3、Good English proficiency, verbal and written.

4、Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
