职位描述
A. Job Description
1. To work with Asia Regional Laboratory Manager to establish & implement L&E’s Laboratory Management Systems (with reference to ISO17025), & continuously update it so as to keep abreast with the market’s Requirements, with the emphasis on the scope that we are able to fulfill;
a. ALL Brands / Customers’ Testing Requirements
b. Respective Country Local Legal Requirements, IF ANY
c. Any arises of other NEW Quality-related Testing Requirements
2. To monitor & follow-up on the implementation & execution of our L&E’s Laboratory Management System & Standards (which is part of our L&E’s Quality Management System) via;
a. Qualification of Suppliers Management System; Suppliers Performance Assessment; Customer Feedback; etc,. etc….
b. Conduct Physical Testing on;
61 Development Samples BEFORE the conduct of Restricted Substances Lists (RSL), or similar related, Testing;
61 Production Samples BEFORE the release of goods for delivery;
c. Liaise & organize RSL, or similar related, Testing for;
61 Development samples – Physical Test ‘passed’ samples – BEFORE Production;
61 Production samples - Renewal Test for EACH Products Annually;
d. To conduct regular meetings (either Group, or selected few) with the respective Local Laboratory Team
e. To join in the Monthly Meeting with the Worst 3 Performing Suppliers to establish Corrective & Preventive Actions Plan, IF Require
f. To monitor & follow-up the respective Corrective & Preventive Actions Plan established by the Suppliers on their Quality Feedback, and/or Quality Audits (Laboratory related) by the Brands/Customers/L&E accordingly so as to ensure it closes on time
3. To understand & execute respective Brands’ ALL Testing Requirements (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.), via;
a. To work with respective Suppliers on the implementation & execution of the respective Brands’ Testing Requirements (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.)
b. To conduct ‘Pre-Prep’ Audit before any Quality Audit designated by the Brands, which may include Testing Requirements (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.)
c. To ensure Brands’ Quality Audits (which may include Testing Requirements (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.)) findings & Corrective Action Plans are resolved & closed on-time
4. To ensure the essential Calibration (both Internal & External) of ALL L&E’s & Suppliers Quality Testing Equipment/Tools, inclusive of other non-Laboratory Testing Equipment/Tools, e.g. Light Box, etc., etc….
5. To ensure ALL Testing is done On-Time, & issue with the correct reports with accuracy
6. IF there is any Products’ failure is found, the immediate requirement to co-ordinate with the respective Quality Field Team to identify & segregate this ‘failed’ Products affected Lots so as to avoid this affected ‘failed’ Products Lots from delivering to Customer
7. To submit regular Lab Reports e.g. Weekly, Monthly, etc., etc….to Asia Regional Lab Manager, or any requested Party in accordance to L&E’s Quality Protocol
8. To assist in establishing Laboratory Management System Operation Procedures, Work-Instruction, Videos, etc.,
9. To attend Brands’ ALL Testing Requirements (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.) related training, & to discuss with respective Brands on any probable concerns/issues with regards to their ALL Testing Requirements (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.)
10. To train & disseminate any NEW Testing Requirements (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.) to ALL Local Team members, if necessary, inclusive of cross-functionals, e.g. DEV., CS., etc.
11. To continuously work with Suppliers on improving ALL L&E’s Testing (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.) Performances
12. To ensure ALL Testing Requirements (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.) are planned & provided for ALL Quality Team members (inclusive of new hires), & affected respective Suppliers, so that they are qualified to conduct their task, inclusive of audits, effectively & efficiently
B. Job Requirements
1. To conduct essential visits to Suppliers, either for follow-up works, and/or training, etc., etc…..
2. To attend L&E’s OWN ‘Internal’ Laboratory Audits annually as part of L&E ‘internal’ Requirements, so as to assess the respective Local Laboratory Performance for Continuously Improvement
3. To attend Customers’ ALL Testing Requirements (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.) related Testing Audits, Briefings, Trainings, & scheduled ‘Meet-Ups’
4. To communicate concisely & clearly within L&E Ops, & if need to, with Suppliers Management too
5. To keep abreast with the latest updated ALL Testing Requirements (i.e. Quality & RSL, etc.) via respective Brands Websites
C. Job Qualifications
1. Work in a Laboratory Supervisory position for at least 3 Years, preferably in Footwear & Apparel, OR Packaging Industry.
2. Possess basic knowledges on Quality, i.e. ISO17025, ISO9001; etc., or similar Standards
3. A certified Internal Auditor on ISO17025 with at least 3 Years of Audit Experiences, or similar Standards, e.g. ISO9001
4. Able to communicate, including writing, effectively & efficiently in both English & respective Local Official Language.
5. Independent, & Objective orientated.
Definition;
The word ‘Standard’ herewith will be ALL Requirements related to either by Region, Country, and/or Brands) that we must adopt & adhere to, in order for L&E to conduct our business, AND, going forward, any new additional tasks given by the Senior Management, as deem fit.
