Major Responsibilities:

- 提供优质客服，营造与品牌形象相一致的店铺环境

Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image

- 与顾客良好互动，提供专业服务及个性化风格建议, 确保客户及时了解新产品和服务动态, 建立并维护忠诚持久的客户关系

Provide highly professional and personalized style advise and sales service to customer, keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc. build a loyal clientele and maintain interactive relationship with customers

- 与团队协作达成销售目标; 注重搭配销售，根据公司阶段性计划促进各产品线的销售和均衡增长

- Work with the team to achieve sales target; contribute to the healthy growth of the business by cross-selling and promoting the specific categories with the company’s period strategic direction

- 店铺日常运作：如完成销售记录和销售报告、库存管理、视觉陈列、售后服务等

Responsible for the daily store operations：keeps records and reports on sales activities, stock management, visual merchandising, after sales service etc.

- 向上级汇报店铺运营情况

Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management

- 完成上级指派的其他任务

录用条件

Core Competencies:

- 具备高中/中专以上学历

High School education back ground above

- 具有3年以上相关行业销售经验；如珠宝、时尚、家居、建材类、奢侈品行业；

Above3 years related working experiences preferred

- 热爱奢侈品行业并愿意发展自己职业生涯

Passionate in luxury industry and wish to develop personal career path

- 具有高度的工作热情，积极进取的工作太态度，优秀的客户服务意识

With strong sense of responsibility & self-motivated, active sales acquisition & customer service

- 具备英语能力者优先考虑

Able to communicate in English

薪资5K~12K ，一年十三薪，五险一金按照国家标准缴纳，带薪年假，工作环境佳。
