Senior Merchandiser - Fixture

1. Be able to handle cases individually with clients all the way from new request to price, sampling, production, quality control, certificates, delivery at destination and payment.

2. Analysis customer’s demands and expectations to find the best technical and economical solutions possible. Negotiate prices with workshops and clients

3. Anticipate risks which could happen during the project execution and be able to provide proper solutions. Be proactive and engaged together with customer to realize project success.

4. Make clear project planning with all involved participants. Follow up and record throughout the different phases of the project.

5. Oversee and manage all purchasing tasks to achieve a successful delivery of goods to customers.

6. Ensure accuracy of all quotes and data in ERP system.

Supplier Management

1. Source, analysis and educate suppliers to meet the demands in compliance with the business requirements. Secure capacity for company needs and development.

2. Monitoring vendor performance and tracking the project schedule to ensure optimal result. To follow the orders and foresee delay and prevent it or minimize its impact.

3. Detail-oriented, partnering with QC department in setting up the quality management at suppliers.

Requirement

1. 8-years work experience, at least 5 years of experience in retail fixtures and exporting/importing business.

2. Independent project experience.

3. High level of technical ability and commercial skills. Lead the product developments by clients, with technical, design and workshop teams.

4. Business mind. Analysis customer’s demands and expectations to find the best technical and economical solutions possible.

5. Bachelor degree or above. Good proficiency in spoken and written English.

6. Teamwork with team members and colleagues of other departments.

7. Other jobs assigned by line manager.
