61 Ensure the best cost equipment approach by developing a machinery hub that provides solutions for the *** world

61 Alignment of daily operations with current trends and state-of-the-art methods

61 Ensures compliance and achievement of the defined KPIs

Tasks:

61 Take over the role of an industrial engineer within the product emerge process

61 Lead, drive and manage whole industrialization projects in cost, quality and time

61 Apply IE tool-box within the industrialization process e.g. D2M, value stream design, lean principles, calculation, intralogistics (material handling, line feeding etc.)

61 Select an optimal production concept that supports an efficient operations process along the whole product lifecycle

61 Specification, and procurement of machinery and equipment (creation of machinery spec., perform supplier kick-off, concept/design approval incl. lessons learned, perform FAT/SAT

61 Submission of investment requests including the required documentation to get Board approval

61 Ensure global equipment standard is applied and provide improvement feedback to global team

61 Manage launch process and handover to production

61 Support and development of a *** best cost equipment approach (supplier qualification, development)

61 Comply with the company’s EHS (environmental, health, safety) policy

61 Other tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications:

61 Bachelor or above degree

61 At least 5 years of experience in an industrialization/production-related environment

61 Familiar with manufacturing process development(flowchart/layout/WI/labor time analysis etc.)

61 Familiar with automotive OEM project management process and requirements

61 Familiar with PFMEA/Control plan/MSA/SPC

61 Good English skill, can support daily English meeting with Europe.

61 Excellent interpersonal, communication

61 Good CAD skills
