Sr. EMC and LCT Engineer

1. Study & discuss with Kitchen Appliance& Personal Care clients about EMC Spec./Protocol, and then transfer to WIK Working ACL, Instruction, Report, arranging corresponding testing accordingly.

2. Arrange EMC pre-test in WIK internal lab and contact with 3rd party certification body to follow up EMC test report/certificate as planned.

3. Technical consultant in EMC aspect for WIK internal and external customer.

4. EMC testing Procedure, working instruction, test report format creating and maintaining. EMC test Resource Plan, facility maintenance, testing Technician &Operator Management/training.

5. KA/PC Machines life test budget at project beginning, facility plan/purchase/setup, consumptions plan/prepare.

6. KA machines life test method negotiate with customer, to balance what we can do and what customer required.

7. KA machines manual life test by operator, organize operator human source to fulfill test required. Lending operator from production line if life test operators is not enough.

8. KA machines life test work instruction issue and training to operator, daily review with project team. KA machines life test status report prepare and update regularly， test official report prepare. Technical improvement record down.

Required:

1. Majored in Electrical, Physic, or mechatronic engineering etc.

2. At least 3-5 years above EMC test working experience.

3. Familiar with EMC test standard/method/ testing equipment, include EN 55014-1/-2, EN 61000-3-2/-3-3, FCC etc.

4. Goal orientation, good communication, teamwork, and strong willing to learn.

5. Validation manufactured product to fulfill different counties’ regulation/standard requirements for clients.

6. EMC test expert, providing technical support and consultant during product design phase.

7. Familiar with Reliability test standard/method/ testing equipment, include HALT, HASS, MTBT, GB2423, etc.
