运营总监 (COO)

SCOPE:

61 Acts as a strategic partner on the management leadership team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations against key business metrics and defined KPI's.

61 Collaborates with the management leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.

61 Works collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the firm and insure excellent client service.

61 Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.

61 Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company for the CEO and potential investors.

61 Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no challenge is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved.

61 Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

61 Reports to Arineta-LTD COO and Arineta-Shandong CEO

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Over 5 years of experience in production and operations management, in one of the following:

61 medical device.

61 Aviation, automotive, or other regulated industry.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business. Master’s Engineering, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

ADVANTAGE EXPERIENCE:

Executive management positions in companies of similar size or larger than Arineta

Experience with medical technology company

LANGUAGES:

High level of English: speaking，listening, reading and writing. Holding TEM-4 or IELTS

5.5 above is in advantage.
