We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, this role is for you!

工作职责 / Key Responsibilities

1.负责为顾客提供听力的相关检查和咨询及助听器销售服务；

2.根据顾客的听力状况和需求制定专业的听力解决方案；

3.为顾客选配、调试助听器，评估助听器效果，进行听力康复指导及售后服务；

4.建立并跟进听力健康档案管理，坚持长期服务的理念，定期对新老顾客进行跟踪回访；

5.配合总部开展门店的广告宣传、市场渠道拓展等店外活动。

1.Provide customers with hearing-related examinations, consultations, and hearing aid sales services;

2.Develop professional hearing solutions based on customers’ hearing conditions and needs;

3.Assist with the selection and fitting of hearing aids, fine-tune devices, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide hearing rehabilitation guidance and after-sales service;

4.Establish and maintain hearing health records, uphold the principle of long-term customer service, and conduct regular follow-ups with both new and existing customers;

5.Support the head office in implementing store advertising, market expansion, and other off-site promotional activities.

关于你/任职资格 About You/Qualifications

1.本地常驻人口，懂当地方言优先；

2.有1年或以上销售类工作经验，性格外向，沟通能力强，善于挖掘销售机会；

3.高中/中专及以上学历；

4.耐心细致，有长期追踪和跟进客户的服务意识，关注客户体验及满意度；

5.对压力保持乐观态度，并视为动力；

6.热爱学习和分享，保持开放的心态与团队伙伴共同成长。

1.Local resident; familiarity with the local dialect is a plus;

2.At least 1 year of sales experience; outgoing personality with strong communication skills and the ability to identify sales opportunities;

3. High school or vocational school diploma or above;

4.Patient and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of customer service, capable of long-term client follow-up, and focused on customer experience and satisfaction;

5.Maintains a positive attitude under pressure and turns challenges into motivation;

6.Passionate about learning and sharing, with an open mindset to grow together with team members.
