PR & GR Manager

2. Key Accountabilities：

a) Corporate communication

- Develop corporate communication strategies & plan

- Establish and maintain a constructive and efficient media relationship network to build and enhance company’s awareness and reputation

- Identify and refine key company messages and communicate to the public

- Drive leadership communication and interviews

b) Corporate social responsibility

- Develop CSR strategy and set up annual CSR goals

- Develop and execute CSR programs in regions

c) Government affairs

- Build and strengthen connections with government officials, industry associations, KOLs and influential policy organizations.

- Lead the communication of business-relevant policy updates to senior leaders, providing analysis of potential business risk and opportunities.

d) Marketing Intelligence

- Track and monitor marketing dynamics, and understand the impact to business

- Track and understand the industry dynamics

3. Job Requirements:

a) Relative experience, educational background and skills desired.

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

- Graduate degree preferred

- Outstanding ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the company and with external constituency.

- Great communication skills and the ability to convey in a clear and compelling manner

- Both big picture view and hands on experience
