职位描述

1） Keep the electrical utility running smoothly is the main responsibility. 负责保障全厂电气设备的安全运行

2） Check the main electrical utility once a week and make the record, and organize the repair work in time when find the potential risk, and report to electrical supervisor if has big issue. 每周至少一次单独巡厂主要电气设备一次，做好记录，发现问题及时安排修理，如遇重大问题，需向电气主管汇报。

3） Check and summarize the daily maintenance record, analyze and organize the maintenance plan. 负责审核汇总每日的维修记录，每月分析停机数据并制定相应的维修计划。

4） Innovation on work method, to improve the trouble shooting skill 积极改进工作方法，提高设备故障排除技术。

5） Training the technician to improve the technical level. 负责技术员的技能培训。

6） Organize and update the spare parts list. 负责制定及完善所有电气配件

7） TPM implementation 负责TPM的推行及实施

8） Automation projects design , purchase ,installation ,programming and finial release 负责设备自动化方案的设计，采购，安装调试和编程并最终通过。

Requirements 任职要求：

1） At least 6 year experiences in electrical maintenance 至少6年以上电气维修经验

2） College degree above in Electrical related major 大专及以上学历，电气相关的专业

3） Familiar with Siemens PLC, 200, 300, 1200 PLC programming, touch screen programming 熟悉西门子PLC，200 300 1200等PLC的编程，触摸屏的编程运用。

4） Familiar with fanuc 32i control system 熟悉fanuc32I 数控系统

5） Understand the base plate operation and maintenance of Yaskawa robot 了解，安川机器人的基板操作及保养维护工作

6） Have certain listening and speaking ability in English 英语有一定的听说能力

7）有低压电工证，如果有高压资格证更好

Have lower electrician certificate, high voltage certificate is a plus

8） Knowledge of resistance welding process, IF resistance welding maintenance experience is preferred 懂电阻焊工艺，有电阻焊维修经验优先
