Role Definition
Provides support and guidance on all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Support painting facility digital transformation, conduct data mining and analysis to support production decision-making, quality control, and cost optimization. Develop predictive models to enable intelligent early warning and optimization of production processes
· Collaborate closely with production, quality, logistics, and other departments to understand business needs, provide digital solutions
· Lead painting automation projects, manage complex automation projects from concept to deployment. Implement robot/Cobot, AI, machine learning, AGV and 2D/3D vision technologies to optimize production, troubleshoot and enhance performance of existing automation systems.
· Robust Root Cause Corrective Action(RCCA) to painting facility safety , quality and process issues.
· Perform technical analysis of painting manufacturing processes to support management decisions.
· Design / direct the acquisition, design, fabrication of all necessary tooling and machines;
· Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develops solutions, and monitor improvements.
· Develop stop capabilities by implementing better detection in the painting process
· Analyze and deploys ECN, SWS creation, Control plan, PFMEA, SFMEA, Process documentation etc
· Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements continuously.
· Proactive action to improve the painting for quality as well as velocity, line balancing, safety, cost.
· Key focus on bringing new technology in the painting process for better control and reliable process.

Prefer skills:
Programming language: such as Python, Java, or C++
Candidates with practical project development experience are preferred.
Digital Skills: Familiar with Excel, Power Bi, Power Apps, etc. will be the bonus points.
Flexibility to work in 1st / 2nd shifts.
