职位描述
1. Technical leader for new program to meet revenue plan, including customer specification review, design proposal with technical strategy alignment, cost review, etc.
2. Design responsible for product design & specification definition, design review & validation, and design release to meet program launch target (safety, quality, cost & delivery), including DFMEA/BOM/drawing/specification/etc.
3. Lead problem solving for product design issues to meet program launch milestone on time.
4. Provide product engineering expertise to support supplier development, manufacturing process development, and customer requests.
5. Perform as customer technical liaison to support program flawless launch.
6. Accept other job responsibilities as required by Supervisor.
