Beauty Sourcing/Merchandiser (职位编号：3)

- TALENTS WITH MORE THAN 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BEAUTY PRINTING (HAIR / NAIL ACCESSORIES) ARE PREFERRED

- Follow up of projects from inquiry to delivery of products including product development, supplier handling, and ensuring quality of products and services

- Monitor and act upon lead times and time frames

- Contribute to, develop, integrate and execute the company's execution activities

- Visit factories for evaluation and quality control

- Prepare cost calculations and compare products and suppliers

- Achieve customer service objectives by contributing information and recommendations to plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying market trends; determining system improvements; implementing change

- Conduct and supervise factory audits, QCs and the respected reports

- Organize deliveries of multiple projects and multiple locations

- Negotiate Purchase Orders

- Develop and evaluate new vendors and manufactories

- Maintaining and updating supplier and product information

- Analyzing, maintaining and presenting market, industry and account information including products, materials and suppliers

- Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition

- Coordination and controlling of activities and projects of assigned projects and products
