Location: Macau SARType: Full time positionMarkets covered: Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Asia Job Duties: The customer success manager (CSM) is a professional who is responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy working relationships. They act a bridge between customers and GreenCloud. The roles report to IT operation head OR to commercial head The Responsibilities include:
1. Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing values2. Analysing customer data to improve customer overall experience3. Conducting regular business reviews with customers4. Strategic mindset to pro-actively engaging customers including C-suites executives5. Providing local support and engagement with customers
6. Partnering with key stakeholders both internally and externally Skilles and experiences1. Proven experience as a customer success manager or similar role2. Minimum 3 years IT operation and maintenance workflow with hospitality industry IT domain knowledge3. A communicator with teamwork spirit, data analytics4. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5. English is mandatory. Cantonese is a plus6、Macau ID only;
