The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of023-502years of experience in the worldwide business world with a focus on seller and business development for Electric products.

Must be excellent command of English with a good accent

Must be fluency in Chinese Mandarin, both written and spoken

French language skills would be an advantage but not required

Must be strong service performance and technical understanding

Good knowledge of Western cultures, particularly in the EU

Experience in worldwide distribution and retailer advantages in electrical products.

Must be able to lead high-level meetings via video, phone, and face-to-face interaction with assertive performance only.

Ability to work with multiple teams and departments sister factories in China Shenzhen, KPI, targets.

Ability to travel for business trips, primarily in the EU, UK, and Canada if need and high level presentation and extensive performance

Working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm but may require OT depending on the workload and communication with clients in different time zones.

The position is based in Shenzhen , Shekou China

Leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills are a must.

ERP experience. ( foreign ERP system )
