职位描述
岗位职责:
According to the occupational disease prevention law and relevant regulation, organize employees to attend on job/ exit health examination, and follow up health examination result, such as communicating and signing, and reporting;
依照《职业病防治法》和相关法规要求，组织员工进行岗前、岗中、和离岗前职业健康体检，并及时跟踪体检的结果，进行必须的沟通，签字和汇报。
Manage all the PPE's equipments (ear plug, safety shoes,etc…), daily filling and regularly stock checking and reporting;
管理相关的个人防护用品(耳塞、安全鞋，帽套等等)，出入库记录，汇总，购买，分发等。
Organize the regular aid training to staff with Red cross;.
Manage all the medicine in the *** aid room, and *** aid box regular checking and medicine refreshing;
定期组织员工参加安全急救培训，管理更新急救员证书。管理急救室内的相关设施和药品、现场药箱；
Coordinate the injury staff for processing the injury application, disability assessment;
Coordinate with injury staff/HR for the needed insurance claim process;
协助工伤员工及时进行工伤申报和伤残鉴定。协助工伤员工/HR部门进行工伤保险的索赔。
Contact and communicate with local CDC, hospital for the payment and relationship maintenance;
和当地疾病预防控制中心、救治医院保持良好的沟通和关系。
Key users for the BBS data entry in the BBS system, and follow up of the database.
BBS系统的关键用户，负责BBS数据的录入和相关条目的跟踪和更新；
Regular attend and support the PSU social responsibilities activities;
定期参加并支持工厂企业社会责任的各种活动；
Assist EHS engineer for the needed data collection and reporting;
协助工程师对于一些数据的收集、整理和汇报；
Regular inpesct the cantee food and cooking environment status and report any unhealth issues.
作为食堂餐委会代表，协助餐委会定期检查餐厅的食品和后厨的卫生情况，汇报任何有损健康和食品卫生的问题；
Others tasks assigned by engineer or manager；
由经理和工程师交代的其他任务。
Provide administration support for site EHS team, eg. PV, PR, document management.
为EHS团队提供行政支持，如PR,PV，文件管理等事项。
任职要求:
Colleague Degree in Nurse/Medical treatment. 大专及以上学历，护理、医疗等相关专业
At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably with foreign enterprise.2年及以上工作经验
Good interpersonal & communication skills. 良好的沟通能力
Need routine efficient communication with supervisors and employees日常需要和主管和员工进行有效的沟通
Need to know and understand legal and law update concerning the occupational health management需要及时了解和知晓职业健康法律法规的更新状态
Need to support others function and internal EHS functions需要和其他关联部门以及内部团队合作
