机械设计工程师

Engineers may work in any number of functional areas requiring an engineering degree, including, but not limited to, product design, application, and installation, development, research, reliability, materials, product performance/support, and service.

The key role of this engineering position is to

1. Mechanical systems and components design from concept to series solution

2. Create high-quality 3D models according to design concept

3. Work with the VPD team to improve the design and ensure proper design function

4. GD&T Tolerance Stack-up (ASME Y14.

5. Understand cost structure, drive towards minimizing product cost

6. Create 2D high-quality drawings according to company standards

7. Maintenance work of engineering change in Teamcenter

8. Follow all R&D processes strictly Support internal customers in Product Lifecycle Management tools and processes

9. Checking and releasing manufacturing drawings as per the customer Standards

Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of sheet metal module of CREO for modeling and detailing

2. Good knowledge of Teamcenter(Or other PLM systems)

3. Candidates from Product Design & Development experience desirable.

4. He/ She should have good knowledge of Sheet metal manufacturing Practices, Dimensioning, and interpretation of GD&T

5. Good drawing reading capabilities

6. 5 to 10 years of experience with mechanical design, manufacturing process, and structure assembly

7. Knowledge about programming is a plus, experience in software development with at least one programming language

8. Performing individually & ensuring the targets

9. Excellent written & oral communication skills in English

10. Should be a fast learner & Team player

11. Competent in the use of Standard business tools including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.

12. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering

13. Previous Caterpillar experiences are highly desirable
