职位描述
主要职责:
1.编制财务预算和财务预测,及时提供财务报表和财务分析报告,为管理层的决策提供财务信息;
2.审核各类凭证、报表,确保各类凭证和报表的准确无误;
3.监控公司的运营费用和资本支出,使公司的资金得到合理的安排与运用;
4.建立公司的内部控制系统,协助总经理监控内部管理系统的运作情况并提出改进方案;
5.与销售市场部配合了解与掌握客户和潜在客户的资信情况,并提出相应的建议,以避免公司利益受损;
6.对外协调与财政、税务等政府部门的关系,以充分利用相关的优惠政策;
7.组织实施公司的资产盘点;
8.监控公司应收帐款,及时提供应收帐款的信息,协助相关部门催款;
9.负责管理下属各职能的员工,通过提供满足岗位需求的培训与发展使员工具备应有的素质与技能,并运用有效的激励机制,发挥员工的最大能动性;
10.在公司人力资源及行政部的协助下负责招聘、选拔、考核下属员工,并在公司相关政策范围内决定下属员工的各项人事安排;
11.对本部门的SHE执行情况全面负责,确保本部门的工作遵守国家及梅塞尔集团的SHE法规、规定;定期召开部门安全会议;
12.对公司ISO9000&ISO14001&OHSAS18001体系中规定的管理职责全面负责,并保证该体系在本职能内正常运作;
13.完成上级安排的其他工作。
1. Prepare financial budget and financial forecast, timely provide financial statements and financial analysis reports, and provide financial information for decision-making of management;
2. Review all kinds of vouchers and statements to ensure their accuracy;
3. Monitor the operating expenses and capital expenditure of the company to make reasonable arrangement and use of the company's funds;
4. Established the company's internal control system, assisted the general manager in monitoring the operation of the internal management system and proposed improvement plans;
5. Cooperated with the sales and marketing department to understand and grasp the credit status of customers and potential customers, and put forward corresponding suggestions to avoid damage to the company's interests;
6. Coordinate external relations with government departments such as finance and taxation to make full use of relevant preferential policies;
7. Organized and implemented the inventory of the company's assets;
8. Monitored the company's accounts receivable, provided timely information of accounts receivable, and assisted relevant departments in demanding payment;
9. Responsible for the management of employees in various functions, providing training and development to meet the job requirements so that employees can have their due qualities and skills, and using effective incentive mechanism to give full play to the maximum initiative of employees;
10. With the assistance of the human resources and administration department of the company, responsible for the recruitment, selection and assessment of subordinate employees, and decided the personnel arrangement of subordinate employees within the scope of the company's relevant policies, and held regular department safety meetings;
11. Fully responsible for the implementation of SHE of the department, and ensure that the work of the department complies with the SHE laws and regulations of the state and Messer group; Hold department safety meetings regularly;
12. Fully responsible for the management responsibilities stipulated in the company's ISO9000&ISO14001&OHSAS18001 system, and ensure the normal operation of the system within this function;
13. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
录用条件:
1.本科及以上学历,会计相关专业;
2.五年以上外资制造业企业财会工作经验包括三年以上财务管理经验;
3.良好的英语听说读写能力,熟练使用办公软件,具备会计师或以上职称,获CPA(注册会计师)证书者优先;
4.良好的人际交往、沟通协调及团队合作能力;
5.熟悉国家财、税政策与法规;
6.熟悉西方会计制度。
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or related;
2. At least 5 years of accounting experience in foreign manufacturing enterprises, including at least 3 years of financial management experience;
3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in using office software, accountant title or above, CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate preferred;
4. Good interpersonal communication, communication and teamwork skills;
5. Familiar with national financial and tax policies and regulations;
6. Familiar with Western accounting system.
