3.制造部相关固定资产管理

Manage the fixed assets of manufacturing department

4.建立和更新设备使用说明及培训资料库

Establish and update equipment instructions and training database

5.制定预修保养计划及跟踪实施

Preventive repair and maintenance plan and follow up

6.备件使用管理，降低备件损耗

The use and management of spare parts, reduce the loss of spare parts

7.参与新设备引进、跟踪、改善

Participate in new equipment purchase tracking improvement

8.领导及参与TPM活动

Leading and participate in the activities of TPM

9.与AMC其他职能人员共同处理相关生产线问题

Dispose the production line problem with other functions of AMC

10.负责班组管理,技师培养

Responsible for team management, technician training

11.其他上级布置的任务

任职要求：

1. 机械,电气或自动化专业为佳

2. 能通过西门子TIA博图软件完成现场设备的PLC程序监控和设备故障诊断

3. 熟悉主流机器人的应用，可以进行操作、保养、点位校正等，***是FAUNC、EPSON、KUKA等

4. 熟悉市场主流工业相机的现场应用，比如基恩士，康耐视，海康等

5. 能接受两班倒
