- Our engineering teams build scalable platforms and utilize leading-edge technologies to build a world-class product. You will join a diverse and talented team of aspiring engineers with great ambitions to impact the eCommerce landscape.

- We are seeking an experienced leader to establish and transform the SDET team in the organization and deliver scalable solutions in the following areas:

ü Product Quality - Ensure world-class product quality with system approaches such as automation, test framework, dogfooding, performance monitoring, and reporting. Create test cases, manage full product test cycles and manual tests with partner teams

ü Tooling & Productivity - Automate development process, operation, and customer service to increase organization productivity and efficiency. Develop internal tools and back-office portal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDET with great leadership to achieve company goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PM, engineering, infra, operation, and customer service to align testing strategies, increase operation efficiency, and improve development productivity.

- Define the quality standard in engineering organization, roadmap for product quality, and strategize test automation .

- Identify areas of inefficiency in the test process, and quality defects in the overall our products.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in software development, automation, and testing.

- Proven track record in leadership/management roles, leading software engineering teams.

- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with various automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Cypress, Jenkins, and other modern test automation frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and how test automation fits within DevOps pipelines.

- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Experience in mobile (iOS and Android) and web application testing is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of performance and load testing is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
