1. Have logistics experience for both domestic and international trading business. / 有物流工作经验

2. Understand basic rules and detailed process on the custom clearance. / 了解清关的规则和细节

3. Understand the rules of labeling, packaging, storage, transportation, replenishment and consolidation of inventory at the warehouses. / 了解仓库物资的验收、标签、包装、储存，运输，补库和盘库的规则。

4. Fundamentals of logistics loading and unloading operations. / 装卸作业组织的基本知识

5. Procedure for keeping records of warehouse operations, preparation of established reports./制定仓储作业记录程序，编制既定报告

6. Understand rules and procedure for receiving and sending PE cargos by vessel rail cars, containers and road transport, drawing up documents for receiving and sending the cargo and inventory. /通过海运铁路货车、集装箱和公路运输接收和发送货物的规则和程序，编制接收和发送货物的文件

7. Ethical norms of business communication accepted in native and foreign cultures./了解本国和外国文化中的商务交流道德规范。

8. Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences, internally and externally / 高效沟通，传递信息给不同的受众群体，保证对方接受信息准确

9. Accuracy & attention to details when working towards tight deadlines. / 关注细节，有时间观念

10. English language skills (written and listening) are essential. / 英文写作和听力。

Job task and responsibilities/工作任务和职责：

1. Guarantee the logistic operational excellence after alignment with sales team for the custom clearance, transportation and warehousing, etc. / 保证日常的与销售达成一致的高质量物流落地执行

2. Exercises control over the fulfillment of contractual terms and conditions by freight forwarders within their competence./在权限范围内对货代服务商履行合同条款的情况进行监督

3. Warehouse daily inbound & outbound management, inventory management, guarantee safe inventory and alter sales to control inventory within maximum level / 仓库日常进出库管理，仓位管理，保证仓库库位在合理范围内

4. Custom clearance with customer service - do the custom clearance in China port. / 与货代合作保证清关的正常进行

5. Track orders’ logistic flow and indicate the potential and transportation management if delivery to customers’ warehouse. / 追踪货物流向，更新和解决过程中的问题和客户端的运输管理

6. Regularly improves their professional competencies through planned professional development, self-training, and additional training./通过有计划的职业发展、自我培训和其他培训，定期提高自己的专业能力

7. Performs other assignments of the management within the scope of their activities, as defined by the job description, internal regulatory and methodological and administrative documents in the Company./在自身工作范围内，根据职务规程、内部规范方法文件以及行政文件的规定，执行公司管理层的其他指示。
