职位描述

1. Work with Group IT and Marketing department to define Marketing Campaign Data warehouse roadmap and its support to new business initiatives

2. IT Project Leader for medium and large sized project

Lead and manage projects, e.g. new

site

marketing data warehouse

implementation, build data analytics

platforms

and integration

with administration and other systems

ramework

Lead and manage Application Development team in China

and business units

Provide frameworks, guidelines and methodology to local Marketing departments in deploying marketing data warehouse,

datamart,

etc.

Analyzing user requirements, existing system work flows and procedures

Provide sound and cost effective solutions to the business meeting long term strategy (from both technology and business perspective)

Coordinate with software vendors and manage their quality delivery, as needed

3. Business-as-usual Support to Group and local Marketing departments

Coordinate with various business units and IT teams, manage IT tasks to accomplish BAU tasks

Conduct feasibility studies and cost benefits analysis

Analyze and resolve technical problems

Ensure

communication with Group and Local Marketing department

Coordinate with software vendors, as needed

Assist users and IT by providing training and clarification of problems

Support production system, including non-office hours whenever necessary
