- Costs, timing, and quality responsibility during project development steps, till 3 months after SOP Ensure profit elevation, timing adhesiveness to OEM milestones, Quality PIST rate.

- Main point of contact for the customer as well as for the R02chling project team for all project related questions. This includes the internal team such as operations, logistics, etc…

- Develop relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official RA representative.

- Organizes in a timely manner the Kick-off meeting, Project Start Meeting, Project Change Meeting, F-Reviews and Project Closing Meeting as well as Internal Process Series

- Responsible for coordinating the core team for achieving and exceeding the technical parameters as outlined in the RAC and a flawless handover to production

【Experience】

- Bachelor or above

- Good English speaking and writing

- 5 years of Automotive industry, 3 years of Project management experience with OEM

- Plastics industry experience is preferred, especially Plastic process(Tooling, Moulding, welding..)

- APQP, PPAP,PMP and other management skills, Documentation skills (PowerPoint, excel, Project, meeting minutes)

- Understand Tisax Requirement
